The alternative would be for all staff to be strip searched including cavity check before leaving at the end of a shift. Everyone preferred the nude approach
For the record, I decided to mark this #alt because in my setting that would pretty clearly be illegal, it’s the female employees part. If they wanted to go all nude they could, of course.
