And if her mother “went along with it”, she has presumably given her a parental nude punishment and no registration is required. Note that in most if not all jurisdictions a person must register themselves, unless it is done by a court sentence.

Absolutely. I understand when other PNs wear shoes, but for me, no clothes means no footwear.
What they didn’t tell you was that Grandma accidentally threw all your clothes in the ol’ woodchipper, they didn’t actually register you.
