Now that she has technically fulfilled her promise to help them on the job site naked, she should tell them that she will continue only if the crew gets at least a normal day’s work done every day.

I was going to comment similar – threaten to get dressed / return to the office if the crew didn’t work enough.
Or work at all. She’s the only one I see working.
