It is buried in a lot of text. Why is this not included in the glossary the WNO made sometime back? Furthermore, in Gloria’s permanude books there are other rules sprinkled through her various stories. I may have gotten my info from her writings.

I guess I see how a bullet-point list of some of the main setting details might be useful for people who don’t like reading flavor-text, but to be honest I’m not sure I’d like to try compiling it myself. I feel like it would end up nearly as long as “About the World”, just more awkwardly formatted.
Those that refuse to read a few short paragraphs will never read a long list. Worse, they tend to become internet lawyers trying to parse every word of a single bullet rather than reading the whole of the list.
