I could possibly see that being justified under NUMA (nudity under medical advice) although it’s a slight stretch. The doctor would probably have to make some vague claim of “lactation difficulties”. Also they could probably only justify topless.
My wife spent her pregnancy nude. She hated the clothes she had to wear so she never wore a thing the whole time. The only thing she wore was a large coat to go out to the shops but she even hated wearing that. So she would of signed up straight away if she could.
I would like to see an exemption for pregnant women and nursing mom’s. The term of nudity only to the end of lactation.
