The cop found my pile of clothes and decided to treat them as lost property and took them with him. He knew exactly what he was doing as he left my purse which had my cash and keys
The officer knew she was hiding there. He had watched her for a while; she was so lovely. He should warn her that swimming alone was dangerous, but she wasn’t doing anything wrong so he let her be.
What she didn’t realize is that the cop had seen her jump in the lake, and had seen her pile of clothes nearby. He was waiting for her to get out of the lake and start to get dressed.
She ended up getting a Strict PN sentence.
