      • Whatever “leading the company” means, if there is a board of directors, everyone reports to the Board, including the president of the Board. I know this, for I twas one.

To change the eligibility of electing Board members requires the Board to change the bylaws. Nothing happens by decree of one person. Even a majority share owner has to go through the Board to affect changes to the bylaws. All the majority shareholder can do is vote out Board members and vote in members agreeing with their changes.

Lastly, it is illegal to discriminate against PN, but wouldn’t the courts find discriminating against non-nudes a questionable legality issue, too? Board members are generally not employees. A different set of standards apply to them. Having your front line managers serving on the Board is foolish, not illegal.

    • Found it on trumblr (broken into three parts due to their size limit) no clue where it came from originally I’m afraid.

If any one knows, please share. I’m kinda curious too.

      • This is from a Russian cop/detective show called “Metod”. I guess the theme is that the main character solves crimes by examining the psychology of the crimes/criminals. In this episode, there was a serial killer who was murdering women at a college, apparently because his mother was very repressive. So the main detective was supposed to do a safety lecture for the school, on how do defend yourself against a maniac. So he took the opportunity to hire a model to strip in the lecture hall, so he could see how his suspect would react.

He told the class, to defend yourself against a maniac, you need to find out what they want and what they fear; sometimes it’s the same thing.
