Even a majority share owner has to go through the Board to affect changes to the bylaws. All the majority shareholder can do is vote out Board members and vote in members agreeing with their changes.

So the main detective was supposed to do a safety lecture for the school, on how do defend yourself against a maniac. So he took the opportunity to hire a model to strip in the lecture hall, so he could see how his suspect would react.
