Have you ever noticed the inverse logic of swim suits? The briefer they are the more they cost. In these days of rising costs and flat wage increases the only way to fight back is to shuck the swim suit and swim as nature intended. Overthrow the patriarchy.
I would suggest that they make swimsuits with pockets for people presenting as feminine, but yes, that would defeat the purpose. Make all beaches mandatory CMNF.

Yes all beaches should be clothing-optional.
