The Supreme Court in a land mark decision ruled in favor of the entertainment industry. Establishments would no longer be held responsible for serving underage PN’s. The industry sued on the basis of lost revenues. As the law is currently configured establishments had to turn away anyone without ID which meant PN’s were routinely turned away. Since men go where the PN women go, night clubs and bars lost billions in revenue.
Law enforcement are reported to have no idea how the new law will affect enforcement.
Lydia Collins (pictured above) when asked about the new law said she, “really wanted to go out clubbing tonight.”
Well you’re wearing a necklace so you’re not strict nude, that means you can carry a purse like any other woman. Law says I can’t serve anybody without I’d.
True story. I was in a bar one afternoon and a woman walked in with a fake ID, the bartender refused to give her a drink. She was a smoking hot blonde bombshell. After she left the bartender said he had heard rumors of a hot cop with a fake ID doing stings on local bars. And since thr fines were serving minors he didn’t want to risk it. At the time I opined that was entrapment.
Knowing that, I could totally see the cops sending a pn to do that
If entering a bar, she is an adult having registered. Treat her as an adult.
What if she wasn’t an adult and acting as if she was a PN? That’s a matter for law enforcement, and they ought to have more evidence than simply she is nude and needs to prove she is a PN. The police should have the burden of proof, not her.
We are treating society needs to prove themselves rather than adhering to the God-given principle “innocent until proven guilty.” I see no tanlines. Let’s stop the idea that anyone naked needs to prove they are PN, and begin believing they have the right to be naked unless proven otherwise.
For obvious reasons, this doesn’t come up in captions much, but it’s not necessarily true that you need to be an adult to be permanently naked. And then there’s also the (stupid) US law that say adults still aren’t mature enough to drink alcohol for three more years.
I understand that non-adults can be given nude sentences by their parents (perhaps their schools), but in order to register – sign a contract – one must be an adult. Unless this universe has allowed children to sign contracts.
I’m not sure if a contract is the best way to think of it, but even if so, contracts with the government are a special case. You can enlist in the military at 17 for instance.
That said, my fantasy government is a bit more reasonable than the real one, they would probably have some limits on registrations by minors, like you can only one go year at a time for instance.
US military recruits must be 18 (or 17 with parental consent).
Given the parental consent bit, the registration would be basically the parent sentencing their minor to a nude punishment until the time when the offspring can sign the contract with the govt themselves.
It’s state law in this case of course, so there could be some variation, but it wouldn’t be surprising if parental consent is required in some of them. Kinda like for marriage come to think of it, there’s another contract minors can enter in a surprising number of places.
A barcode tattooed somewhere discreet but easily accessible? An adhesive pocket on the outer thigh? A purse, backpack, or messenger bag? Duct taped to the stomach?
First idea wouldn’t be very secure, would it? Anyone who got a photo of you could steal your identity. But since she’s already got a necklace, she could easily have a little NFC chip or something on there.
(Note: same guy as before; tried to edit this into my comment but it glitched) She could also get an NFC or RFID chip implanted into her forearm. There are people who do that; it’s not all that dissimilar to getting a piercing, as I understand it.

Why would she need ID?

I’m really only speaking for myself here, but I’d say some people find that creepy. Mark of the beast, isn’t that for pets, etc.
PNs should be able to sue places that don’t accept thumbprints or retinal scans for discrimination.
