As stated here, in this town (as well as a few in the real world) there is no law against being nude in public. Therefore, even with the passage of the new PN laws nationally, these ladies can continue their public nudity without needing to register, unless they want to. I would encourage then to register because then they don’t have to consider whether they want to go out naked any particular day. They will be committed to public nudity and be legally required to remain naked.
