Sorry, could not find her name, but she appears to be from Eastern Europe. I found a set of her doing the NIP thing on Brainparking.com, which appears to be an English language version of pokazuha.ru
However, if you go to the Brainparking main site and search for 1254397 it will return a link to a page with 19 NIP pictures of her.
